Just look for this box on your Kentucky State Income Tax Form.

Contributions to this fund finance local programs designed to prevent the sexual abuse and exploitation of children. This fund is administered through the Attorney General’s Office and relies solely on the tax deductible contributions made by interested citizens. Contributions may also be made directly to the Child Victims’ Trust Fund, c/o Kentucky Attorney General, Victims Advocacy Division, 1024 Capital Center Dr., Suite 200, Frankfort, KY 40601.
